2018 - A Year In Review

Let me preface this post by saying, I hate writing. So I will do my best to keep this succinct. 2018 was a roller coaster of a year. We spent a bunch of time and energy to develop the V2 adhesive only to find out as the weather warmed up is was too gummy and resulted in adhesive transfer. About this same time we found out that our first few runs of the V1 tape has a shelf life due to a bad release liner. The good news was by mid-summer we had got it all sorted out, and did our first big run of V1. It worked the release liner worked, we didn't see any issues. We also go the opportunity to partner with some great athletes to test for us, a simple connection with Sunny Gilbert resulted in some of the best testing we could ever imagine. With awesome results both for the Tape and for Sunny at Trek CXC, Jingle Cross and a variety of C1 and C2 domestic races it should our product could work at highest level of cycling. With Sunny taking the podium at Nationals, and probably the muddiest race in the last 5 years, it really allowed our product to shine and show that it works, and can handle anything we throw at it.

Here is to looking forward to 2019.
